With our 24/7 society, we see the lines between work and play blurrier than ever. Constantly connected to our team and our family creates a dynamic unparalleled in our society today causing a strain our our people, productivity and profits.

How do we have not just a goal of making money, but balancing it all to keep ourselves centered and as they say in the east- Present?

As I get older, often I ponder the quest for capitalism and the sanctity of family and lean more towards whats really important- time outside of work.

This isn’t to suggest working hard is not in my DNA or my lack of desire, but merely an examination of the approach of the past and acknowledging some of its shortcomings and applying a new course of direction so everyone can win- the customer, the company and my own personal goals.
