What We Do

How we Work with You

We first identify your goals. Listening and understanding your needs first is paramount to us. Over the last few years, we recognized that every company has unique needs for specific projects and timelines that require analysis.

After we’ve identified what your goals are and how you’d like to achieve them, we then sit down with you (or over the web) and structure a strategy and then tactics to reach those goals. We invite the stakeholders in the organization that will be involved in their execution and support their endeavors.

We will then work with you and your team to develop a timeline to track and keep score of the strategy and implementation plan we’ve all agreed to. If its one thing that we all learned over time, its execution that gets in the way of results.

After implementation and time line tracking of our mutually agreed to goals, we will provide you with a calendar to track, verify and hone the goals outlined.

We believe this is important that we revisit certain aspects of the implementation, as everyone learns and applied new information differently. Different team members schedules can change in the solar industry and therefore, making adjustments for events outside of our control is important for all affected parties.

The last step in this process is to meet and understand if there are challenges with the continued new rituals within the organization. Often we find resistance along the way, and this happens for a host of reasons.

There are many senior team members that are habit driven and often the results of their endeavors aren’t producing the leadership and results necessary in todays competitive environment and deserve examining.

Lastly, we create a continued relationship over the course of time, like a coach for a professional sports team. Being a sounding board for organizations and offering perspective is something we believe has assisted companies not just through the initial phase of the strategy, but allows them to continue executing successfully over time.
