How we Work with You
We generally work with three types of clients: Solar Integrators, Off Island Developers and we work as Owner’s Representatives. We are a licensed electrical contracting firm as well and have been in the solar integration business since February of 1999 in Hawaii. We will walk you through how we do this in each category below. Solar Integrators
We assist solar integrators across the globe with executive management resources. These include everything from succession planning to sales and operations systems. We also offer web based training tools to allow owners and management to work anywhere, anytime on improving their businesses
Off Island Developers
Developers across the globe come to Hawaii to own solar assets. We provide a boots on the ground service suite to give them visibility into the marketplace and provide support services to help them onramp quickly and cost effectively. Whether this is due diligence, financial modeling, partnering opportunities and other custom services designed to maximize their goals for the Hawaii market. This has often taken us out of Hawaii to other locations, as these needs are also sought after in other locales.
Owner's Representative
This role is similar to the assistance we provide the Off Island Developers. We support owners of properties and carry them through a due diligence phase in determining whether or not the decisions they’re entertaining meet their requirements.
Economic Project Assessment
Determining a projects efficacy early in the conceptual stage minimizes risk and maximizes returns. More developed project opportunities for acquisition require a different set of due diligence screening processes.
Capital
We can source debt, equity and tax equity.
Partnering
Partnering is essential in the solar business. Working closely with our partners, we can develop projects efficiently and effectively.
