Knowing your GP per project, you'll get an idea of how many projects that you'll need to do in a month/year and map out your growth plans on sales and operations to achieve it. (net profits is a different topic altogether)

Do you have systems in place so that the field team knows exactly what is expected of them? Everyone else in the company? Do they provide feedback on the criteria? Is everyone in agreement? And is the plan consistently followed?

How easy is it to be gone for a week? A couple of days? Longer? What will happen to your business? Will your phone keep ringing? Text messages? Who is in charge while you're gone?

It is never too late to create systems and processes in your organization. Being worried people will leave because of these changes should make you question the people and not the changes. We're in the sustainability business and the same applies for within the company.
